Banana Bread

This week's bread of the week is old fashioned banana bread with your choice of plain or with orange frosting. Either way, it's delicious.

Cinnamon Raisin

This week's "Loaf of the Week" is Cinnamon Raisin.

The leaves are turning, fall is in the air, it's time for an autumn classic: bread made with a fall spice and dried fruit from the fall harvest.

The loaf includes the same great ingredients of the Plain Jane with a strong, warm, sweet cinnamon, and organic raisins raised in California.

Toast a slice of my Cinnamon Raisin, slather it with butter, wrap up in your favorite blanket, and watch the leaves fall.

Plain Jane

My Plain Jane loaf is made with white whole wheat from Lehi Roller Mills that I grind myself, with rolled oats to give it just the right texture, with extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, and with a touch of raw honey for sweetness. I top it all off with a thin coat of organic butter to give the crust the perfect texture.

Chia Bread

My Chia Bread loaves are made with home ground whole wheat, rolled oats, extra virgin olive oil, raw honey, sea salt, and chia seeds, and they are topped with organic butter.  Chia is an ancient American plant; it's seeds are rich in protein, fiber, and omega-3s.
